Shakiba Sadeghi joined CCPartners as a summer student in 2025. She is currently completing her articles at CCPartners after graduating from the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law in 2026.

During law school, Shakiba was heavily involved with experiential learning, benefiting from the hands-on experience. In her second year, she served as a Services Extern at the Canadian Centre for Housing Rights, directly working with community members on housing issues and residential tenancy law. In her third year, she worked as a Caseworker at Windsor Law’s Class Action Clinic, the first of its kind in North America, where she assisted class members with their claims. Shakiba enjoyed being involved on campus, having served as a student ambassador for the Faculty of Law, a peer mentor to first-year law students, and volunteering with Pro Bono Students Canada.

Prior to law school, Shakiba completed an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Criminology, Sociology, and Ethics at the University of Toronto, graduating with high distinction.

In her free time, Shakiba enjoys trying out trendy new food spots, watching documentaries and movies, and spending time with friends and family. She is excited to be back at CCPartners and to contribute to the firm’s work.
