Labour Relations
We have considerable experience advising employers on the issues that can arise in a unionized workplace. Our proficiency in labour relations includes helping employers resist unionization, negotiating employer interest at the bargaining table and advocating employer interest before grievance arbitrators and the Ontario and Canada labour relations boards. We possess specific expertise advising and representing employers in the construction industry, from large general contractors to small subcontractors and employer associations.
